Interparking Nederland B.V., or its subsidiary Parking & Protection B.V. and its related company Interparking Producten en Diensten B.V. (hereinafter referred to as “Interparking”) uses a technology called a “cookie” on the website (hereinafter the “Site”).

Their use: These cookies are used to memorise your preferences in terms of browsing (e.g. choice of language).
Analytics cookies
Their use: These cookies are used to analyse a site’s traffic (such as the number of pages viewed, location of the visitor, the number of Site visits, and the activity of the visitors on the Site and their return frequency).To do this, Interparking uses an analytics service of the website, Google Analytics, provided by Google LLC. To provide this service, Google uses the cookie identifier and the connection IP addresses to generate Site traffic reports which are intended for Interparking. The IP address allows determination of the visitor’s location worldwide.
Cookies of modules for sharing content with social networks
Their use: These cookies are placed by third party companies, different from Interparking, via social media. When functionalities for sharing with social media (such as Facebook, Linkedin or Twitter) are inserted into the Site, the companies operating those social media use cookies for a use which is specific to them and over which Interparking has no control.

2. Which data about you is being used?
The cookies are not used to link information about your browser actions on the Internet to your identity. Their purpose is to be able to recognise an item of Connection Equipment (for example, to ensure the tracking of an online purchase procedure through different stages) and to be able to differentiate it from others (for example, when it comes to drawing up Site traffic statistics). The connection IP addresses are also collected for Site traffic analyses to be able to determine the visitor’s location in the world and consequently they allow better targeting and relevance to the internet users interested in the information and services provided through the Site.

3. On which legal bases do we use the browsing information?
The information associated with the session, authentication and security cookies are used to respond to a service request that you have asked for (browsing the Site, creation of, access to and protection of a user account). We ask for your consent for customisation and analytics cookies to be used.
Social media and third-party websites
The websites of Interparking include buttons and links on their pages to promote or share content on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) of third party websites. Interparking has no role with regard to control or responsibility for the data processing of your personal information by those parties. Visiting other social media platforms falls within your own responsibility. Please consult the privacy statements of these parties before participating on their platforms.
4. How can you refuse or block cookies?
When you go onto the Site, we advise you about the use of cookies and ask for your consent to use customisation and analytics cookies. As long as you do not click on “activate” or do not continue browsing the Site, the cookies are not placed. You can, at any time, restrict or block cookies emanating from the Site, from your Internet browser. The IAB association which brings together all professionals in the digital marketing field (advertisers, agencies and media) has set up the site http://www.youronlinechoices.com which informs you about the use of cookies and their deactivation depending on the browser that you are using. Not activating cookies can have an effect on the displaying of the Site content or the accessibility to certain applications.
